That does not look new to me. I can clearly see the bottle is not full and it's been taken out of the box.

@jaretsampollard Hi How are you? The bottle was taken out of the unsealed box to take pictures. No biggie. The level shown could appear as the perfume being used but not necessarily the case. Oftentimes the manufacturer wouldn't fill it up to the top. Thank you
