After the first listening, you may prefer to fast forward this track. Track 2 is a hypnosis/relaxation track that deeply relaxes the body as it trains the mind, through hypnotic suggestion, to calm itself. Track 3 is a barrier meditation training which teaches how to block worrisome thought and end obsessive rumination. Track 4 is a relaxation meditation training. Track 5 is a breath and music meditation.
Each of the three meditation tracks are progressively longer as you gain the skill and ability to meditate for longer and longer time periods.
