Guitar and dongle are brand new. The guitar still has the moisture pack in the battery compartment and the dongle is still in the original packaging. Also comes with new strap and unused/new stickers for guitar. The guitar does have a few scratches on it from handing over the years. Box also has some wear on it but is fully intact.
