The Kenwood Recipe Book was written by the Kenwood Manufacturing Company. This book describes the use of the Kenwood Chef machine and its benefits. In the foreword, "the Kenwood Chef provides a vital contribution to cooking progress inviting you to let your culinary imagination run wild in offering you the opportunity to prepare many exciting dishes that would seldom reach the family table." Illustrations and some pictures of aproned housewives using their modern Kenwood kitchen appliances, with recipes. The Good Housekeeping Institute seal of approval on page 40 is dated 1956. This model of the Kenwood mixing stand came out in 1950. Hardcover, all pages intact and undamaged, minor wear to the cover. Measures approx 9" high, 6" wide. 140 pages.
