designer dress by the kooples size: Small unique! (from around 2013). measurements (approx, laid flat, inches smallest part waist: 13.5 skirt length (from under bust/bra , pictured) 18 zipper back unlined pre - loved: I purchased this directly from the bay years ago. wore once and dry cleaned. I've been the only owner no flaws to note. only selling because too small for me.
