The Kooples Lace Top with a bow (XS)

Semi-sheer lace top by The Kooples. Mostly pink and black with some green and white. Barely worn. Zip does not go down all the way - see photo. The actual zipper appears to go down another inch. I cannot recall if it ever did go all the way down. Dry clean only. Has not been worn since last dry cleaned.
