A stunning blouse with puff sleeves, and velvet-covered silver bottons. Size 1 = small. Dark blue velvet dots on a sheer black ground. The neck can be tied multiple ways. Silky, high quality, sheer fabric. Excellent condition. It has been dry-cleaned. A spare button is included. The fabric contents tag has been removed, but they are 62% polyamid & 38% viscose (Photo taken from a larger size of the same blouse I purchased.) P2P 23 in; length 21.5 in; sleeves from shoulder to cuff 22.3 in (they run short). FYI: The sleeve buttons make the sleeve a bit tight when putting the shirt on. The buttons can be undone if needed. All are securely fastened. There is give with the fabric. A stunning shirt I love so much I bought a larger size on here (Poshmark).
