Original Canadian print 1966 Unwin paperback box set, as quoted in the books "this is the only authorized Canadian paperback edition of tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, one of the great masterpieces of this century” These paperback books are in great vintage condition. With some visible rubbing and bends, the books are otherwise very clean, with some yellowing to the pages as is normal with age. The box slipcase has some aging, mainly to the corners and edges.
