This beautiful, hardcover, vintage cookbook is a treasure. Written by the high acclaimed chef, James Beard, it features over 600 pages of gourmet recipes. It is in beautiful condition, and has its original jacket. There are no inscriptions but the dust jacket has some tear in the pages. Please see photos with the pencil for this.
