wildgrizzlybear @ljones1414 Hi, yes I would say it is a sweater. Maybe to wear on a hike, or to the gym. It has elastic around the waist, cuffs and neck. I also just posted more pics showing measurements. I'm not sure if it is cropped or not. Hopefully the measurements will help. Thanks.
