Bodice is shirred and waist is elastic, so the dress is both forgiving and flattering. Lined in red polyester. Size L. Bust circumference, relaxed: 35 inches, extended: 47 inches; waist circumference, relaxed: 33 inches, extended 52 inches; length from shoulder to hem: 59.5 inches.

michellejacq599 @allysoda sure thing! Shoulder-to-shoulder is 15 inches; because the bodice is shirred with elastic, it stretches out to about 16.5 inches.
