Bodice is shirred and waist is elastic, so the dress is both forgiving and flattering. Lined in red polyester. Size L. michellejacq599 @allysoda sure thing! Shoulder-to-shoulder is 15 inches; because the bodice is shirred with elastic, it stretches out to about 16.5 inches.
