nikkic202211 @kelownadaisy yes it is new, I have not used it yet as I accidentally ordered 2 bottles. As I have been using the first one I can see it will take me a long time to get to this one so I decided to sell it😀👍🏻 I do really like the serum. It is advertised as nourishing and I have to say that is a great word for it! Because it helps with dryness with out feeling oily when it is wet and makes my scalp feel healthy. My husband takes some for his beard because he liked it too lol!
