sincerelytrue86 @marilyngaul hi there and thanks for your patience. It's about 14" inches at base. I added 2 photos ,both last photos shows this having 2 snap lock closures, I will assume it can but honestly I just throw mine in the space under the stroller as I have a 3-month old now. I will add another picture to show you that hope this helps let me know happy to assist if you have any.
