Super chic shirt black sleeveless dress with ruffle details and straps you tie into bows. Perfect for any occasion but was worn to a bachelorette party with MANY compliments. The top is elasticized above the bust and the fabric drapes down, extremely flattering on any body type as the fabric flows away from the body as the oversized ruffled hem weighs it down.
