The Pier Board Game (Cape Breton special edition game)

This special edition board game: The Pier, originally created by the Cape Breton chapter of the Habitat for Humanity is complete with with all it's pieces including: game board, a pair of dice, 6 mover pawns, a full set of chips of various colors, and a full set of homes (mixed colors still sealed in it's package, and a set of 200 cards plus it's instructions, and inserts and postcard in it's box. All of these are in great shape except the box has some minor writing, on the box no structural damage or wearing on box.
