PLEASE EXAMINE PHOTOS CAREFULLY Nameplate on inside cover is marked with original owner's name, 1944 and "Mom and Dad". Opposite page has a ink stamp mark for the G.W. Robinson. Department Store in Hamilton Ontario Canada.  Book has marks of age and wear, to be expected due to age and style of book - I imagine this was read many many times over the years by multiple young girls.  Some foxing of pages.  Dust Jacket has some tears and damaged, including some water damage that has caused some discoloration. Book cover is similarly discoloured around the edges, likely due to wear and age.  By the original author who created Nancy Drew and the adventurous, courageous young girl detective persona!
