The Ultimate hot summer romper

Light and flowy, in bright red rayon fabric. Long leather ties at waist, mid back and neck. Mini length, 15" from waist to hem line. Made in India. Most garments in my closet (unless otherwise indicted in care tag) are hand-washed with non- scented, biodegradable laundry detergent and carefully ironed before shipping. Size S, but fits larger, like a size 6.
