Theory Black Pants

Really nice pants for many occasions, casual or work, in excellent condition, minus the front button being a wee bit scratched up but that's a small detail. Also on right knee area some barely noticeable micro pilling. Just want to be as detailed as possible so no surprises. Pants have some stretch to them, front pockets are fake, mid to low rise, (8") waist is approx 15.5" inseam 28", zippered ankles.
