Theory Lacey mini skirt

Black structured mini skirt with broad waist band and pockets. Excellent condition. very flattering for work or play. Only flaw is that a section of the hem has come loose - I've included a pic - can easily be fixed at home or by a seamstress. 97% wool and 3% spandex. 12.5 -13 inches in waist when laid flat, 17 inches in length.
