vvc2020 Hi Pennyroo!!! I have a bunch of them in 3 different sizes as followed: Size 41-42 measures from heel to toe 12.25 x 5" wide at the widest part Size 43-44 measures 12.75" x 5" wide at the widest part Size 44-45 measures 13" x 5" wide at the widest part I wear size 8 ladies and the 41-42 fits me and the size 43-44 fits as well but a bit better - I tried them on with my Crocks which is a big shoe Hope this helps - have a great night!!
