Feel like the center of the universe (or at least every holiday party) in T&B's new print Stardust. This turtleneck twirl dress has a fitted bodice, long sleeves, and a cinched waist that falls into a full gathered skirt just below the knee. Hidden in the folds of the skirt are pockets on each side. In great condition - has been washed and worn but no flaws to note. Fits true to size. Fabric has stretch.
