The reverse design by Canadian artist Maurice Gervais has been enhanced with colour to showcase the flowers and leaves of the dogbane plant, and features a Venetian glass dogbane by master glassmaker Giuliano Donaggio in Murano, Italy. The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth Il by Susanna Blunt.
