Hi! I'm Katie. I’m an avid vintage jewelry collector: Trifari, Sherman, T&Co and especially Charles Garnier. A labour of L💜VE as ALL of our non name brand jewelry has been designed and handcrafted by us. Sulha helps chase the occasional runaway bead. I’m currently selling off my collection. We need to use our proceeds to help pay for essential medication that is not covered by Healthcare. It costs 848.27$ every month or 42.8% of our monthly income. We’re not playing a victim: it’s just a struggle on a disability income. The jewelry has to go. Most importantly, without the medication, it’s tough for me to look after my pup & service Angel Sulha who’s in some of the photos with me. She has truly saved me, I would not be here without her. Her name means Peace in several languages. That’s exactly what she does: provides peace & love 💕. Thanks for stopping by! thelustreluxe @colicad She’s a girl, 2 years old & we’ve been together 18 months. She’s a rescue- meaning she rescued me. She’s a Purebred Angel- or in people terms half husky & half lab. Her name is Sulha which means “eternal peace & blessings “ in many many middle eastern dialect. She truly is a blessing. I love her with all my heart & soul.❤️

She said she has not received 2 packages? I’ve never had a problem w/ delivery…do sellers get reimbursed if pkg is lost?? Value $250? Thx advice….

thelustreluxe So, it’s up to the buyer to report that they never received the package: even if the tracking shows it’s been delivered. You can also send Poshmark a message as well- to protect yourself. Currently I have parcels that were shipped on Dec 22/23 and the tracking shows they are still in the Edmonton AB depot. So things are slower than slow. …….

If a package never arrives or is never returned to sender- contact Poshmark and they deem it Lost and they initiate an “investigation” which means they ask you & the buyer to check around your property and ask your neighbors. They contact Canada Post- have a chat with them. And then they will ( or at least in the past) give the seller the money owed & refund the buyer. All of the packages carry insurance so Poshmark filed a claim and they get reimbursed for the loss…..
