Thomas the Tank Engine Train Mini Fabric Panel for Sewing / Quilting 9"x15.5"

Thomas the Tank Engine mini fabric panel has instructions printed on the white edge for use as part of a fabric book. Panel can also be used as a quilt block, wall hanging, etc.. Design size is approx. 9" x 15 1/2", fabric size is approx. 11 1/2" x 23 1/2". Fabric is unused with raw (unfinished) edges.
