This means that the items we sell do show wear for play, age, use, etc. Please review the photos and message us if you have any questions. We ship via Chit Chats and Canada Post. Small items within Canada will be sent via Canada Post Regular Mail (Stamp) with no tracking (pins, magnets, books, small items). All other items are sent through Chit Chats. Chit Chats provides tracking and insurance on all shipments. There are some cases where shipping with tracking is not possible based on your location. A large portion of my items are sent through a flat rate shipping cost. This means that we average out the costs to ship and pass that savings onto you. We pack our items with recycled and reused materials wherever possible. This includes clean newspaper, recycled boxes, and other packing materials. Sustainability is important to us. If you need an item in a specific time frame, want to inquire about expedited shipping, or have any other questions please message us. We ship out 1-2 times/week based on order volume.
