Pants are fully lined and have two removable hip pads (Velcro). Both pants are 30” waist and the waist to hem measurement is 40”. Inseam is 31” and rise is 9”. Made in China. Material for the blue pants is: Shell - 95% cotton and 5% polyester; Lining - 100% polyester; Inner Knee - 100% nylon; Spandex - 100% polyester. Material for black pants is: Shell - 95% nylon and 5% polyester; Lining - 100% polyester. Overall condition is considered good for both pants.
