I joined Poshmark with full intent to buy inexpensive clothes to give away as I travel around the country, but plans get spoiled some times. I give many clothes away here in Paradise where I live, but traveling is not going to happen. I'm a disabled veteran and some days are diamonds and some are stones, to quote John Denver. If you see something in my closet that I bought from you I'm not trying to make money off your stuff, in fact most of what I have goes to help the homeless in this town.

miner57 @patriotsbabyy Thank you so much for the offer. The supply of necessities from all over the US was overwhelming. There were parking lots, walmart and toys r us full of mostly clothing. Salvation army opened a donation center at the airport and gave away household, toiletries, garden implements, cleaning supplies. I thank God for them and Red Cross. If you ever donate anything to a charity salvation army gives 100% of their proceeds

miner57 @patriotsbabyy The donation center was open for 4 days a week for about 2 months with nonstop lines flowing through. There were other stations like that in the nearby towns. After a while people who were coming from all over the country were being turned away by fema, which disappointed many people. Even restaurants from all over the state came and catered to us while we dug through the mountains of clothes. There was some amazing food. Now I need a place to live.
