Thrifted wool tartan skorts, size XS

Cute tartan/plaid wool "skorts" with brass buttons - looks like a skirt, but with a flap that hides the shorts. It reminds me of something Cher from "Clueless" would wear! This was a thrifted find that is a little too tight for me on the waist, so I'd guess the size to be size 2, or about 25 inches.
