dmariedivine You are one of the most genuinely beautiful people I have ever met. The holidays are so hard for me- I lost my brother on 12/22 in 2005.... today I stayed home, cried,my son came and said "there's a box in the mudroom", ... there was a box filled with beautiful things and most importantly, beautiful words. Things that could be improved: shipping time (she ordered on the 9th and received on the 11th!), packaging (the shoes were wrapped in colored paper, put in a NEW plastic bag, put in a shoe-sized postal box and stuffed with brown paper to keep them from shifting!), cleanliness and description (there are several clear, close-up photos from every angle). WHAT?

schelenoftroy @chernanook it’s a little cumbersome to text step by step instructions by I can try! When using the Posh phone App, go to listing you want to share, touch the rectangle formed from two arrows at the top right corner to take you to “share” page. Hit the search button the enter the call name of the interested party. Their profile photo should show up. Touch that circular photo. It should share successfully!

schelenoftroy @chernanook before I share anything to a shoppers wardrobe, I try to give them a friendly heads up on why I’m sharing the item so they understand it’s in response to their expresssed interest, not just pure solicitation. It is advantageous to bookmark your interests with “likes@ because many sellers offer private discounts to “likers” esp during incentivized Posh “Price Drop” & “Closet Clearance” campaigns

It’s a challenge to text step by step instructions when Posh limits the characters to 500...I tried to be concise & simplify, but it may be confusing. There’s lots of trial & error in Posh both in selling as well as in buying. One Posh ambassador friend suggested to Google Leah Kirchinger on YouTube. She gives great tutorials! schelenoftroy @coleys Hi Coley! Great questions! “Love Notes” are feedback that your customers have an opportunity to compose upon receipt of the merchandise you ship them. It’s kinda tricky because I’d say most customers are willing to rate their transactions with you by awarding stars but many pass on the opportunity to make comments... (Posh says it’s “optional”....Posh also tells its sellers that it’s impolite to solicit feedback from customers).
