These are the Captain boots from Thursday Boot Company, made with a thicker StormKing rubber lug sole and matte leather upper. They are a lace up design with Kevlar enhanced laces. I absolutely love these boots, but bought them from posh based on the size recommendations from the Thursday boots website and they were too small :/. I am a true womens 9/EU size 40, and these were just too tight for me. I ended up buying this exact pair from the Thursday website in a larger size and loving them so much. Hope I can find this pair a good home! I would say they would better fit an EU 38/39 or a women’s 8/8.5. While all leather boots take some break in, my experience with these (in the larger size that I got) and other Thursday boots is they take next to NO break in time and are comfy basically right away.
