Elegant Tibi Black A line knee length dress with shirring front. Zipper at back. Fully Lined except sleeves. Only worn two times. Excellent condition with three spots only noticeable under close inspection under bright lights there is some minor snags in material - front right chest under breast, left upper arm and left upper abdomen. See last 3 pictures. Hand washed. Approx measurements (laid flat): Shoulder to shoulder - 17.5” Armpit to armpit - 17.5” Across waist - 15” Sleeves - 25” Length - 38”
