Get this brand new with tags, red wine/burgundy dress by Tibi, New York - and be ready to party this summer. The back, and side "cut-out" details are in a thick dark black mesh fabric. The body of the dress is a show-stopper. Deep/rich red wine colour and silky to the touch. Length is above the knee, but not mini. And the dress is lined (just not in the area of the mesh & mesh "cut out" detailing!) From a smoke and pet-free home. Measurements! From the top of the zipper in the back RIGHT down the center of the dress: length is 34.5 inches. Across the chest: 17.5 inches. At the waist (immediately below the black mesh detailing at the waist): 15.5 inches.
