Get this brand new with tags, red wine/burgundy dress by Tibi, New York - and be ready to party this summer. The back, and side "cut-out" details are in a thick dark black mesh fabric. The body of the dress is a show-stopper. Deep/rich red wine colour and silky to the touch. Length is above the knee, but not mini. And the dress is lined (just not in the area of the mesh & mesh "cut out" detailing!) From a smoke and pet-free home. Measurements! From the top of the zipper in the back RIGHT down the center of the dress: length is 34.5 inches. Across the chest: 17.5 inches. At the waist (immediately below the black mesh detailing at the waist): 15.5 inches.

slowfashion1 @conservechic Just seeing this now. It's a bit snug for me but is it meant to be stretchy? What's the make up of the fabric? is it a bodycon style or?

conservechic @slowfashion1 There's a picture of the fabric composition (a combo of cotton, viscose and elastane) in the listing, but sadly there isn't much give/stretch to the dress. The style is more fit & flare than body con, but it IS fitted up top! I'm sure that isn't the answer/info you wanted, but I hope this helps.
