This is a Tibi long sleeve button down utility blouse in black. It has a crisp shimmery finish to the fabric.the buttons are under a hidden placket and there is a huge. Snap closure at the neck. It has loop details on the cuffs and side split hems. It’s a size 0 which is an XS for this brand but I feel it’s also an oversized fit. It’s in excellent condition no flaws to note.
