Tibi waist detail Sleeveless Blouse

Worn once has been hanging in my closet since. Tibi tank blouse with rear zipper closer with hook and eye to hold. Detail at waist is very flattering. Retails for over $250. There may be a small stain on top of sleeve. See last picture
