Tie Strap Sweetheart Dress in Deep Green

Similar to the Juliet dress by reformation. Made by UK small business, I never ended up wearing it so it is new without tags. Fits a size 6/8 28”-30” waist, there is smocking in the back but I would not recommend for a size smaller than a 6. I currently fit a 4/6 and it is a bit loose. Only tagged as reformation for exposure - again this is not reformation brand but a knock off made by a small business.
