Hi! So the inner leg inseam is 34”? Or the entire length of the pants is 34”? Just want to clarify. And the waist is elastic, so unstretched it’s 16? Thx :)

Oops, you said 13 not 16 for the waist. It doesn’t actually look like the waist has any elastic. But maybe there’s some in the back? Let me know because 13” would be 26” waist and that isn’t typically a medium :) Thx
