Tie Waist Skirt

A lovely Modcloth A-line skirt with small colourful dots. 100% Cotton, both lining and shell. The second picture best shows the colour, the skirt colour is similar to medium wash denim, but light as it's light cotton (not see-through though). Real and functional buttons all the way down the front of the skirt. Measurements are: Waist: 24” across Bottom hem: 42” across Length: 26”
