Tie detail dress

Sleeveless, calf-length dress in woven viscose fabric. Small opening at top with narrow ties to fasten at back of neck. Double layer at top, two elasticized seams below bust at front, and smocking at back. Gently flared, pleated skirt. Unlined. Super comfortable, can show as much or little cleavage as you want. Worn twice, excellent condition.
