Tiered Skirt by Max Studio - Size L

Fabulous tiered skirt by Max Studio, black, with 6 inch knit waist band... (I have also worn this skirt as a midi dress with the band pulled up as a tube top!) Total length, including band is 41 inches. Fabric is 77% polyester, 18% rayon, and 5 percent spandex. Washes like a dream!!
