black ruffle gothic skirt. starts at the true waist, shortest part cuts off just above the knee and longest part mid-calf. gorgeous lolita Morticia/Wednesday Addams romantic Victorian style. best fit size 4-6 14.5" at the true waist when laid flat, so roughly 29" waist. everything else is free flowing and will fit most hips. No stretch but lots of swishy flouncy loveliness. It's worn, so has imperfections attributed to that, but no visible tears, stains, etc. that I can see. that said, it is a second-hand item and comes as-is. non-smoking home with a cat.
