Beautiful and romantic strapless off-the-shoulder tiered midi dress, made of an inner layer of tan/ beige material with thick black guipure style cutout lace layers on top. Dress has a lace band that hold is up, with an inner silicone strip to help secure it above the bust. Cit with an empire waist and slight flare below the underbust. Bottom lace layer is unlined.
