100% authentic. Comes in original Tiffany pouch. Gorgeous genuine sterling silver open heart on a black silk cord. Elsa Peretti signature engraved on one side. Worn several times so signs of small scratches and wear if looking up close but otherwise in great condition. A bit tarnished as I’m unable to take it to my jeweler to get it professionally polished as I usually would (as it’s unfortunately closed during the pandemic) so it looks like a darker silver right now but will look sparkling and almost like new once polished :)

I am SO sorry that I just came to look at something on this listing and realized ther my response comment to you about the measurements from so long ago never actually posted! My goodness! I must have hit enter and closed the app too quickly before it posted or something. Sincere apologies! But if hopefully not too late, the heart is 3.5 cm top to bottom as well a side to side!
