Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti open heart pendant

Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti open heart pendant in sterling silver, in size Medium, the length of the chain has been modified to be shorter, currently 16 inches total, the extra links are still available in a pouch. Bought back in 2008, worn, there is some scratches and some darker stains that did not come out with cleaning with appropriate jewelry cleaning tools. Comes with the pouch and the blue box, as shown in the pictures. Please also note that the chain locker has been broken, the closure part if not attached to the other side of the chain, but you can still wear without issues. please note that color might differ in real life from pictures, pictures are taken in natural light with a cell phone
