Purchased new from Tiffany & co. authentic silver Heart Arc lock pendant charm, it opens and closes, Tiffany’s doesn’t sell this one anymore, from my personal closet, pet and smoke free home, just don’t wear it. It is about the size of a twoonie as shown and has some weight to it Comes with original pouch and box :)
