Tight blue dress for pre teens

This tight fitting blue dress is in incredible condition. It is made with quality material and fits like a glove. The material is also soft and comfortable. There are no rips tears or stains. It is a size TWEEN (7-14) as it is stretchy. There is a gorgeous design on the back of the dress. The brand is Malibu Sugar, and I originally bought the dress from the store Whistle Kids.
