Timey Tell Doll

Pre loved condition. This has a string but the voice really no longer works. It makes a few horrifying sounds but that’s it. This is stamped Mattel 1969 and the internet is consistent with those years when I looked this up, but she seems in way too good of shape to be that old. I’m really not sure?
