Very good preowned condition, dark navy blue/almost black ruffled shoulder and down the front in chiffon, sleeveless blouse by Reitmans. Features cute a tiny repeating floral print throughout in whites and red. Made of two different fabrics. The main body is a soft natural viscose with some spandex for stretch. There's some light wear from regular washing, but still in good shape and plenty of life left.
