Tizz handmade small sparkly gown

Made in Toronto, by local designer Tizz. I am 5'8", and it used to fit me perfectly when i was 160lb. I'm 180lb now, and it is too tight. would be perfect for a special occasion, like prom or new years. extra sparkly covered in silver sequins. has a thigh high slit, and open back. with high collar. 1/3 snaps on neck closing is broken. missing one side of snap. otherwise in perfect condition.
