Toad in a tree sunhat. Size M. Chambray with octopus print

This was my favourite hat that my daughter wore but it has been outgrown! I measure inner circumference at 21.5 inches. There is some staining along the inside of brim (paint maybe?) and missing one toggle (see pics). In good used condition. Made on Vancouver Island.
