I love Toad & Co! EUC The Rosemarie dress is a bestseller. It has cap sleeves and is made of Tencel and organic cotton with a tiny bit of spandex, making it very soft with stretch. The v neck and cinch at chest makes it really flattering. Photos are under 2 different lights but the true colour is a beautiful teal. With stretch would also fit a small Note: this is stretchy- can fit a small or even medium if you like a bodycon fit
